Pilates

is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, resulting in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

A powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.

Hot yoga

is a vigorous form of yoga performed in a studio that is heated to 90 F and has a humidity of 40 percent. The formal name for hot yoga is "Bikram yoga. Hot yoga is a 60-minute program that consists of a series of 26 postures. The postures require lengthy, forceful and well-controlled contractions of all major muscle groups. The demanding nature of the poses and the heat are designed to raise your heart rate and tire your muscles. Because of its intensity and potential to cause heat-related illness, hot yoga isn't for everyone. Be sure you check with your doctor before trying hot yoga if you have any health concerns.

Restorative yoga,

props are used for support the body so that you can hold poses for longer, allowing you to open your body through passive stretching. The postures are usually adapted from supine or seated yoga poses with the addition of blocks, blankets, and  to eliminate unnecessary straining. For instance, a seated forward bend (paschimottanasana)can be done with a bolster or several folded blankets on top of the legs so that your forward bend is fully supported with the entire torso resting on your props.

Yoga

is the perfect place to begin if you are new to yoga or want to refresh/relearn the fundamental building blocks of hatha yoga practice. In this class there is an emphasis on alignment, building strength, pacing and breath. The teachers take special care to make sure students are moving safely and feel comfortable and welcomed in each class.

Hatha Yoga

is the foundation of all yoga. This Hatha class is designed to build on the basics of yoga and teach more intermediate level poses with a primary focus on alignment and structural integrity. This class is appropriate for students who are interested in stronger postures,who have been practicing for at least 6 months, understand basic alignment principles and know how to adapt more challenging poses for their own limitations if needed.

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

is an intuitive group class that features personal modifications and emphasizes integrating mind, body, spirit, and breath–all within a playful, safe environment. Together, we come into the breath and quiet the mind as we find steadiness in asana. All are encouraged to accept the beauty of their practice without needing to achieve anything other than coming into the present moment and truly experiencing it. Meditation and pranayama are included in each session. Prompts for guided visualization and mantra may be offered. Gentle Vinyasa yoga is a great way to transition from the weekend into the work-week.

Kickboxing

is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics usually done rhythmically to music. Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing. The objective of cardio kickboxing is not to make a "fighter" out of you, but rather to give you a holistic, total-body training program that combines an aerobic workout with the movements and techniques of martial arts. In addition the classes provides strength training benefits because of the "resistance" when punching or kicking the heavy bags and striking pads. However, unlike training in combat sports, there is no physical contact as in sparring. Cardio kickboxing is offered as a fun and functional alternative to conventional aerobics training for fitness buffs who want a great workout with equally great results.

Boxing

is IMPACT–With gloves and mitts get ready to feel the burn in this high intensity boxing class. The instructor will lead you through a professional boxer workout with extreme fitness drills.

Tabata Boot Camp

there’s a reason HIIT is HOT, and Tabata Bootcamp is the new hit! For years, we’ve been focusing on calories burned during exercise, but new research reveals that we should also be focusing on calories burned after exercise is over. Tabata Bootcamp can yield the same anaerobic and cardiovascular benefits as 60 min of standard aerobic training. In your 60 min Tabata Bootcamp workout you can burn up to 5x the calories after exercise than those burned during exercise.

Boot Camp

is a popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. We want to keep you guessing - and challenge you differently every class! Although our instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but please be prepared for some high intensity training!

Interval Aerobics

is similar to a traditional step class, yet there is more focus on simplifying the movements to enhance the athletic training component. The choreography will be less intricate, therefore allowing you to perform basic movements with more power, depth and height to use the step as a "training tool" to a fitter you!

B.L.T

(Butt, Legs, Thighs)This class is a TOTAL lower-body workout! Focus on those hard to sculpt areas, and get lower body you have always dreamed of! This toning class with definitely leave you feeling the “burn” – and get the legs you’ve always wanted! It’s the perfect addition to any workout routine .

Body Sculpt

A great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. Focuses on intense isolation exercises with free weights and resistance, ending with abs. (All Levels)

HIIT

class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Barre

is designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body, this class integrates the use of the ballet barre and various props. The class will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements that emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions. Posture will improve, abdominals, back and buttocks will strengthen and become more visibly toned, while arms and legs will become leaner.

Barre Sculpt

is a true total body workout….cardio, yoga, and weight-lifting all in one. Suitable for all levels, this fun and effective class designed for women is a low-impact, intense, strengthening and toning workout focusing on the whole body---particularly, the legs, seat and abdominals. Class begins with a warm-up and includes upper body toning exercises, lower body exercises and stretches at a "ballet" barre, and a variety of core exercises. Combining moves from Pilates, ballet, and yoga, this class will help you achieve long, lean muscles, lift your butt,and create a more toned, sexy midsection. is a very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You'll forget you're working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience!
It's fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.

The workout is basically watch and follow. The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they're not complicated. The routines are repeated week after week with additions every now and then to spice things up even more!

Zumba Toning

incorporates weighted toning sticks to the Zumba workout that participants use almost like maracas. The toning sticks function like dumbbells to act as resistance weights. People can use dumbbells up to 3 pounds for the class

Abs/Core

is a 30 minute class of hardcore abdominal work. It focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength. Exercises are performed using the fit-ball and/or lying on the floor.

Core Balance

is a low-impact class for all ages and fitness levels. It focuses on the all important “core muscles” which are critical for flexibility and balance, and are cited as the number one problem area by women and men. The class helps you build strength and flexibility and results in an improved posture and a strong lean body.

Flexibility Training

There are several benefits of flexibility training. It increases range of motion. Flexibility training helps improve the range of motion of your joints and muscles. Next, it decreases your risk of injury. When your muscles are flexible, you are less likely to become injured during physical activity. It also reduces muscle soreness. Flexibility training can help reduce muscle soreness post-workout. Stretching after you exercise keeps your muscles loose and relaxed. Lastly, it improves athletic performance. When your joints and muscles are flexible, you use less energy while in motion, which improves your overall performance.
