Fitness Assessment

At Mediterranean Fitness, we have a very comprehensive approach to personal training. Rather than a one-size-fits-all mindset, we take the time to learn about you – your long- and short-term goals as well as your current fitness, health, and nutritional habits. We also take into account your age, body composition, and gender to develop a fitness plan tailored to your specific health and fitness goals. After we design your gym regimen, we’ll still be by your side to support you, motivate you and help you reach your goals.

It’s not a quick fix, it’s a way of life

The exercise and diet plan we will design for you is meant to be a lifestyle plan, not an overnight fix. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone your body, or build muscle, we will develop a program that will fit your lifestyle and give you all the tools necessary to gain discipline and achieve your goals. If you find that your fitness regimen is not yielding the results you had hoped for, we can reevaluate your fitness and nutritional plan and make modifications. No matter what stage you are at, our training staff will always be there to help you achieve your goals, improve your form, and provide you with health tips.

Introductory Package (one package per membership)..............................................$135

This package is for those who are new to personal training.  You’ll receive an initial consult, at which time your trainer can find out where you stand currently regarding your fitness level, and where you want to go.  You’ll then receive 3 one hour appointments with your trainer with an exercise program developed specifically for you and your goals.

Twelve Sessions ...............................................................................................$540

This package includes 12 one hour sessions and is designed for the person who is ready to work out with a trainer on a consistent basis.  Based on a 3x per week workout you are ready to take the next step towards wellness working closely with our trainer to achieve your goals.

“I’m familiar with working out, but I need help in staying motivated and on track!”

Eight Sessions.................................................................................................$360

This package consists of 8 one hour appointments and would suite someone who is familiar with working out, but would like some guidance and variety in their workout.  Based on 2x per week per month.  You are comfortable in the wellness center, but you need a little motivation to push yourself to the next level.

“I’m comfortable with my regular workout, but I need a higher level workout to supplement it and I need some accountability...”

Four Sessions..................................................................................................$180

This package consist of 4 one hour appointments and is designed for someone who works out on a regular basis, but needs some input on how to best progress their own program.  Based on 1x week workout.  This program offers a “check up” with your trainer to insure that you continue to challenge yourself.
